Admin (Command Centre)

The Deployxa Command Centre is the administrative dashboard for managing the entire platform. This guide covers platform management, user administration, system monitoring, and operational procedures.

Accessing the Command Centre

Requirements

Access requirements:

  • Admin or Owner role
  • Enterprise plan
  • Two-factor authentication enabled

Login

  1. Go to deployxa.com/admin
  2. Sign in with admin credentials
  3. Complete 2FA verification
  4. Access Command Centre

User Actions

Suspend User:

  1. Go to Users → Select user
  2. Click "Suspend"
  3. Enter reason
  4. Select duration:
    • Temporary (24 hours)
    • Extended (7 days)
    • Permanent
  5. Click "Suspend"

Delete User:

  1. Go to Users → Select user
  2. Click "Delete"
  3. Confirm deletion
  4. Enter confirmation text
  5. Click "Delete"

Note: User deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Reset Password:

  1. Go to Users → Select user
  2. Click "Reset Password"
  3. Generate temporary password
  4. Send to user via secure channel
  5. Force password change on next login

Viewing Organizations

Organization list:

  3. Enter reason
  4. Select suspension type:
    • Temporary
    • Permanent
  5. Click "Suspend"
